Schmeckenfest Is This Thursday

The 14th Annual Schmeckenfest, a wassail tasting and Christmas extravaganza is this Thursday, Dec. 2 starting at 5 p.m. on the Fayette County Courthouse square in La Grange. Festivities will begin with a Christmas parade, followed by the lighting of the tree on the courthouse lawn. This year, there will be 29 wassail booths and 11 food booths.
