RT-C High School Collecting Photos for Honor Wall

RT-C High School is collecting pictures of local veterans for their Wall of Honor, which will be on display for Veterans Day. Email pictures to

or bring them to Mrs. Venghaus to be scanned and returned.

The next FFA meeting is Nov. 5 at 6:30 p.m. A FAFSA Scholarship meeting will be held Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. This meeting is mandatory for all seniors. Friday, Nov. 14 is an early release from school. Buses will run at 12:30 p.m. Thanksgiving break is the week of Nov. 24-28.

Round Top Wine Fest 

The annual Round Top Wine Fest will be held this weekend. The event kicks off at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1. Stop at the Town Square to register at the beginning of the day and pick up your wristband. The $65 ticket includes a signature wine glass, goody bag, a map of the Wine Trail, one raffle ticket, and a wristband that serves as your ticket to participate in the Wine Tastings and shuttle services.

On Sunday morning, Nov. 2, enjoy brunch at several participating restaurants including Boon & Company, Duo Modern @ Market Hill, Lulu’s, Mandito’s, Mill Street Café, Prost on Block 29, Round Top Brewing & Kitchen, Round Top Coffee Shop, Royers Round Top Café, and The Garden Company in Round Top. ARTS Harvestfest Dinner 

Arts for Rural Texas is hosting their annual Harvestfest Dinner and auction on Nov. 1 from 5:30-10 p.m. The main event offers a gourmet dinner by Chef Wade Schindler of Cotton Culinary. Following the dinner will be a live and silent auction. Ticket information can be found at

Round Top Film Festival The second weekend in

November brings the second annual Round Top Film Festival. Beginning on Nov. 6, discover the best in new films and episodic television, connect with filmmakers and industry insiders, and enjoy parties, panels, and special events. Round Top Fall Art Show 

Friday, Nov. 7 through Sunday, Nov. 9, the Round Top Fall Art Show will be at The Compound. View artwork, sculptures, handmade jewelry and more.

Round Top Turkey Trot 

Coming up on Thanksgiving Day is the 9th Annual Round Top Lion’s Club Turkey Trot. Beginning at 8 a.m., participants will run or walk the beautiful roads of Round Top. Festival Hill

Round Top Rifle Hall 

Round Top Rifle Hall Monday night hamburger socials are the first, second and third Mondays of each month. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Round Top Family Library
