Habitat ReStore
Fayette County Habitat for Humanity ReStore is open for sales and donation drop-off every Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at 825 N. Main St. in Schulenburg. The ReStore sells and accepts donations of home goods to support Habitat’s mission. Visit www.fchfh.org/ReStore. Hermann Sons Membership Meeting
Hermann Sons Rutersville will hold their January membership meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 7 beginning at 7 p.m. The main meal will be provided. Please bring your favorite sides or desserts to share.
La Grange Senior Citizen Game Day
The La Grange Senior Citizen Activity Center Inc. will host Game Day on Thursday, Jan. 8 from 9-11:30 a.m. at the City of La Grange Randolph Recreation Center. Dinner and a Movie
The Casino Arts Association Present Dinner and a Movie showing “Cactus Jack” a western comedy starring Kirk Douglas, Ann Margaret and Arnold Schwarzenegger. The event will be Jan. 17 at the Casino Hall at 254 N. Jefferson in La Grange. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the meal at 6 p.m. The movie starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 a person.
