Blood Drive

Relay For Life
A drive-through only fundraiser and survivor dinner of a grilled pork steak with twice baked potatoes, green beans, corn and peach cobbler catered by Koopmann Catering will be held Thursday, Aug. 26 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Randolph Recreation Center located at 653 E. Pearl in La Grange. For tickets, contact any Relay for Life team member or Glenda Munsch at the City of La Grange.
RT Hermann Sons
The Round Top Hermann Sons Life Lodge No. 151 has returned to their regular monthly schedule of meeting the fourth Thursday of the month. This month’s meeting will be on Thursday, Aug. 26 at the Quade-Werchan American Legion Post at Round Top beginning at 6 p.m. with a social time. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a meal to follow. This month the lodge will provide the meal so members are asked to bring a dessert to share. 4-H & FFA Jr. Commercial Heifer Sale
The annual Jr. Commercial Heifer Sale will be held at the Fayette County Fairgrounds on Saturday, Aug. 28 beginning at 1 p.m. About 150 head of quality bred heifers will be auctioned. Come out and support the youth of Fayette County and buy some nice replacement heifers. The Round Top-Carmine ISD Education Foundation Top 10 Back to School Online Auction runs through Saturday, Aug. 28 ending at 9 p.m. Ten great baskets, plus a bonus stay at Goodnight Round Top, are featured.
