Quilt Museum Hosts Little Punkin’ Party
Children and families gathered at the Texas Quilt Museum on Saturday, Oct. 18, for the 3rdAnnual Little Punkin’Party. The free event featured a pumpkin hunt in the Grandmother’s Flower Garden, hands-on decorating, story time, a kid-friendly lunch buffet, and access to the Museum’s vibrant exhibits including botanical quilts, textile bird sculptures, and the TQM Kid’s Zone.
Local attendee Susan Smith shared, “I always enjoy the events that the Texas Quilt Museum has for our children and our community. I enjoy them so much, I became a member of the museum.”
Sponsored in collaboration with the Texas Commission on the Arts, the celebration highlighted the TQM’s commitment to creativity, connection, and community.
