Power of Print – 100 Years of The Record

Left to right, Pamela, Andrew and Martin Kutac of Hallettsville dropped by the Record off to show off this copy of the June 25, 1935 Fayette County Record, which featured coverage of local flooding. The paper said the Colorado River reached 52.5 feet then, and one of the front page photos shows a house being carried off by the floodwaters.
