Numerous Candidate Forums Coming Up

Local voters will get several opportunities over the next few weeks to meet the candidates running for county offices.

The Fayette County Republican Party announced four upcoming forums:

Jan. 22, 2:30 starting at 6 pm at Sengelmann Hall in Schulenburg. Forum will feature County Commissioner Pct. 4 candidates Drew Brossmann, Stephen Matula and County Judge candidates Lori Berger, William Bernsen, Craig Moreau and Dan Mueller.

Jan. 29, 5 – 9 p.m. at Ellinger Chamber of Commerce Hall in Ellinger. Forum will include Justice of the Peace Pct. 2 candidates Jamie Moreau, Brad Neville, Victor Weishuhn and County Judge candidates Lori Berger, William Bernsen, Craig Moreau and Dan Mueller.

Feb. 5, 5 – 7 p.m. at Frisch Auf! Valley Country Club in La Grange. Forum will include County Judge candidates Lori Berger, William Bernsen, Craig Moreau and Dan Mueller.

Feb. 12, 5 – 7 pm at Frisch Auf! Valley Country Club in La Grange. Forum will include State HD 85 Representative candidates Artemio “Art” Hernandez, Stan Kitzman, Fred Roberts, Phil Stephenson.

In addition, the La Grange Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet on Feb. 3 will include speeches by the four Republican candidates for Fayette County Judge, Lori Berger, William Bernsen, Craig Moreau and Dan Mueller.
