Navasota Murder Suspect Arrested in Schulenburg

A man wanted by Navasota Police for a murder that occurred there last month was arrested in Schulenburg on Nov. 30.

According to the Navasota Examiner newspaper, 44-year-old Willie Poldo is suspected of murdering 24-year-old Frederick Santee of Washington County on Nov. 18 in Navasota.

Navasota Police investigators tracked Poldo to Schulenburg and obtained a warrant for his arrest. The investigators arrested Poldo Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 30, in Schulenburg with assistance from the Schulenburg Police Department.
