Make A Difference Day Celebrated

Catholic Daughters of the Americas around the world noted Oct. 23 as Make a Difference Day, the largest national day of community service.The Hostyn Catholic Daughters recognized “Make A Difference Day” by honoring some of those in the community who make a difference. As their project this year, they baked dozens of homemade cookies and presented to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and to the Fayette County EMS, to help keep up their energy.
