La Grange Police David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Oct. 26-Nov. 2.

Accident

On Oct. 27, Sgt. Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 1600 block of W. Hwy. 71 Business for an accident.

Animal Complaint

On Oct. 26, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 400 block of S. Lester regarding an animal complaint.

On Oct. 27, Animal Control Officer Justin Pietsch checked on chickens running loose in the 1100 block of Oak.

On Oct. 29, Pietsch checked on dog in back yard in the 300 block of N. Jackson, officer unable to get in touch with owner.

On Oct. 30, Haynie was dispatched to the 600 block of W. Travis for an animal complaint.

On Nov. 1, Officer Jose Garza was dispatched to the 500 Block of E. Guadalupe in reference to an animal complaint. Civil Matter

On Oct. 28, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1000 block of E. Travis for a civil matter.

On Oct. 28, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 200 Block of S. Lester regarding information regarding eviction process.

On Oct. 31, Officer Darrell Armstead was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington for a civil matter.

Criminal Mischief

On Oct. 27, Garza was dispatched to the 400 block of Hope in reference to possible criminal mischief.

Citizen Assist

On Oct. 26, Armstead assisted a citizen in the 2400 block of W. Hwy. 71 West for a vehicle unlock.

On Oct. 28, Meinardus responded to the 900 block of N. Horton for a citizen assist.

On Oct. 31, Meinardus responded to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding criminal trespass.

On Nov. 1, Meinardus responded to the 300 block of N.

Horton for a citizen assist.

Disturbance

On Oct. 26, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of N. Jefferson regarding a disturbance.

On Oct. 29, Armstead was dispatched to the 2000 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for a disturbance.

On Oct. 31, Officer Jeffrey Archerd was dispatched to the 800 block of E. Travis regarding a disturbance.

Fuel Spill

On Oct. 27, Garza was dispatched to the 400 block of N. Jefferson in reference to a fuel spill.

Harassment

On Oct. 31, Meinardus responded to the 2200 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business where caller stated that subject in drive through made lewd comments to her.

Reckless Driving

On Oct. 30, Armstead was dispatched to the 2400 block of E. State Hwy.71 bypass for reckless driving.

Suspicious Person

On Oct. 27, Armstead was dispatched to the 100 block of N. Main for a suspicious person.

On Oct. 29, Haynie was dispatched to the 700 block of E. Milam regarding a suspicious person.

Theft

On Oct. 28, Meinardus responded to the 1000 block of E. Camp where caller reported a stolen motorcycle.

On Nov. 2, Maxwell was dispatched to the 600 block of N. Washington regarding a theft.

Traffic Hazard

On Oct. 31, Meinardus responded to the 1000 block of FM 159 for a recycle bin that was struck and requested traffic be stopped to cleanup roadway.

On Oct. 31, Maxwell was dispatched to the 900 block of E. Colorado regarding a traffic hazard.

Welfare Check

On Oct. 26, Armstead was dispatched to the 100 block of Guy Street for a welfare check.
