La Grange Western Art Winners Selected

La Grange ISD had district judging Jan. 14 for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Western Art Competition.

“Congratulations to these La Grange ISD art students,” said La Grange art teacher Jack Vollbaum. “Their work has been selected to move on to the next round of judging at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Western Art competition. Their art will also be on display at the Hayloft Gallery at NRG Park for the duration of the rodeo in March.”

The La Grange ISD Community Western Art Show will be held on Saturday February 12, 2022 at the La Grange High School Cafeteria. The event will be open to the public from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. There will be over 150 artworks on display from 1st - 12th graders.
