La Grange Police David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Oct. 5-12 .

Agency Assist

On Oct. 10, Officer Darrell Armstead was dispatched to the 200 block of W. Colorado for an agency assist.

Accident

On Oct. 9, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 400 block of N. Monroe for an accident.

On Oct. 10-Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding an accident.

On Oct. 11, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 2300 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for an accident.

Animal Complaint

On Oct. 6, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of N. Horton regarding an animal complaint.

On Oct. 6, Haynie was dispatched to the 800 block of N. Monroe regarding an animal complaint.

On Oct. 6, Animal Control officer Justin Pietsch assisted with a dog attacking another dog in the 200 block of N. Horton. Citation was issued for dog at large.

On Oct. 9, Sgt. Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 300 block of N. Jefferson regarding a swarm of bees.

On Oct. 10, Armstead was dispatched to the 400 block of S. Ellinger for an animal complaint.

On Oct. 11, Haynie was dispatched to the 700 block of S. Madison regarding a found dog.

On Oct. 11, Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of N. Horton for an animal complaint.

On Oct. 12, Armstead was dispatched to the 100 block of E. Walnut for an animal complaint. Criminal Mischief

On Oct. 12, Armstead was dispatched to the 2000 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for criminal mischief.

Citizen Assist

On Oct. 5, Maxwell was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Travis regarding a citizen assist.

On Oct. 9, Meinardus talked to a caller regarding a motorcycle he believed was stolen from him in Texas City on Facebook Marketplace.

On Oct. 10, Officer Jose Garza was dispatched to the 1600 block of N. Jefferson to assist a parent with juvenile.

On Oct. 12, Armstead was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Ellinger for a citizen assist.

Civil Matter

On Oct. 6, Haynie was dispatched to the 100 block of Northwest Circle regarding a civil matter.

On Oct. 6, Haynie was dispatched to the 600 block of S.

Meyer for a civil matter.

On Oct. 7, Haynie was dispatched to the 900 block of E. Travis regarding a civil matter.

On Oct. 8, Maxwell was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Monroe regarding a civil matter.

On Oct. 8, Armstead was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Reynolds for a civil matter.

On Oct. 10, Armstead was dispatched to the 100 block of E. Cedar for a civil matter.

On Oct. 10, Haynie spoke with a subject in the 500 block of E. Fannin regarding a civil matter.

Family Violence

On Oct. 6, Haynie was dispatched to the 700 block of E. Fannin regarding family violence.

Juvenile Complaint

On Oct. 5, Maxwell was dispatched to the 500 block of Koenig Lane regarding a juvenile complaint.

Loud Music

On Oct. 5, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1000 block of N. Sunset for loud noise.

Pet locked in Vehicle.

On Oct. 10, Haynie was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Travis regarding a pet locked in a vehicle.

Possession

On Oct. 8, Maxwell conducted a traffic stop in the 100-block of E. Milam. One subject was arrested.

Soliciting

On Oct. 10, Haynie checked in the 600 block of N. Main regarding subjects soliciting without a permit.

Suspicious Person

On Oct. 10, Wostarek was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Pearl regarding a suspicious person.

Theft

On Oct. 8, Meinardus responded to the 1600 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for a theft that occurred.

Warrant

On Oct. 5, Garza was dispatched to the 1500 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business in reference to a trespass warning.

Welfare Check

On Oct. 7, Armstead conducted a welfare check on a driver of a motor vehicle in the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business.

On Oct. 8, Meinardus did a welfare check in the 100 block of S. Reynolds.
