Jury Sentences Nelson to Life in Prison for Murder

A Fayette County Jury convicted Dylan David Nelson for the 2017 murder of Jeremy Cornwell last Thursday, Sept. 23. The following day they sentenced him to life in prison plus a $10,000 fine. Cornwell, a 43-year-old plumber from La Grange, was shot and killed on the steps of his home on Creamer Creek Road on July 5, 2017.
