Hartmann Running for Re-election as JP
I, Kyle Hartmann, am excited to announce my candidacy for re-election as your Justice of the Peace for Precinct 1. Serving this community is a true honor. I remain committed to providing a fair, nonpartisan service while ensuring all litigants are treated with respect and have an opportunity to be heard.
While our challenges can be complex, I am proud of the common-sense and costeffective improvements we have made. Our court is now more accessible than ever, offering virtual hearings, esignatures for documents, as well as traditional in-person proceedings. Our innovative no-insurance deferral program encourages defendants to obtain insurance, learn why it matters, and strengthen their budgeting skills to maintain coverage. We also continue to adopt best practices through ongoing education with the Texas Justice Court Training Center.
I am thankful for the professional relationships I’ve built, and I remain committed to strengthening those connections. By working together with county offices, state agencies, nonprofits, and other community partners, we can create stronger collaborations that lead to better outcomes for our citizens.
I also want to thank my outstanding court clerks, Theresa and Lisa, whose dedication helps us deliver efficient, high-quality service. We are grateful for the trust and support of the citizens we serve.
I remain grounded in the same values that have guided me since entering public service in 2018: honesty, integrity, and humility. With that commitment, I respectfully ask for your vote in the upcoming primary and general elections.
