Fayette Savings Bank was proud to make a donation to a new, local non-profit organization called Led + Fed (“Led and Fed”). Nathan and Jenny Neiser, both Fayette County natives, started Led + Fed as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2024 in an effort to share God’s love by feeding people. With the help of Led + Fed’s board members and support from local organizations, many people in the Schulenburg and surrounding communities have benefitted from Led + Fed providing food-related resources over the past year. Looking ahead to 2026, Led + Fed aims to expand their reach within Fayette County by providing a community meal event and family food bag distribution program in Schulenburg, as well as continuing to provide hunger relief efforts throughout Fayette and neighboring counties.

Join Led + Fed for their inaugural Strike Out Hunger Bowl-A-Thon fundraiser on Sunday, Nov. 16, at the Tenth Frame BowlingAlley in Schulenburg. Sponsorships and bowling team participation are encouraged to assist with fundraising for Led + Fed’s 2026 food programming. Check out www.ledandfed.org/bowlathon2025 to see how you can get involved. Admission is free to the general public.
