FSB Presents $16,800 to St. Rose School

Fayette Savings Bank (FSB) was proud to present a check to St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in Schulenburg recently for the Phase III Building Project – the STREAM Building: Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering and Math. The $16,800 presented was a combination of a donation from the bank, along with personal contributions from bank employees.

“We are pleased to make this second donation to the school (FSB donated $5,000 for the Phase I and Phase II projects), especially when we saw the beautifully renovated school improvements made in the first two phases,” said Rodney Kalich, FSB Senior Vice President and CEO. “What better cause to place ones support than a school and its students/youth – the future of our communities; especially into infrastructure/ buildings, which will now have longevity of use for years to come.”

St. Rose School Principal Taylor Jensen said, “we are incredibly grateful for Fayette Savings Bank and employee’s generous donation to our STREAM building. Their investment in our students’ education and future will provide opportunities for them to learn, create, innovate, and grow. Thank you FSB for believing in our students and helping us build a brighter future for generations to come.”
