Flatonia/Cistern Farm Bureau Members Meet

The Flatonia/Cistern Local Farm Bureau met on Sep. 15. Scott Wiley, Fayette County Ag Agent, shared pertinent information about the Old World Screw Worm and Pasture Mealy Bugs. Pictured are the local officers, Jo Brunner, Vice President, Anita Lyons, Secretary, Scott Wiley, Fayette County Ag Agent, Danny Vyvjala, President and the Birthday boy himself, Lloyd Brunner. The group also celebrated the 90th birthday of longtime member, former President, State director and County Director of the Farm Bureau, Lloyd Brunner. He celebrated with a beautiful birthday cake and a birthday song sung by Anita Lyons to honor his 50 years plus in ranching and 25 years in the Farm Bureau.
