Flag Day Proclaimed June 14 in La Grange

La Grange Mayor Jan Dockery proclaimed June 14 as Flag Day in La Grange. National Flag Day commemorates the adoption of the Stars and Stripes as our national symbol by the Continental Congress on June 14, 1777. Members of KJZT Family Life, a non-profit organization that combines volunteerism and business, contribute to their hometowns by participating in community and parish projects and fundraisers.
