Fayetteville Woman Injured In Crash on Roznov Road

A woman from Fayetteville suffered injuries in a wreck on Roznov Road Tuesday, March 23.

The crash happened at 3:29 p.m. about a quarter mile east of Bauer Road. According to a report from DPS Trooper Josh Berger, 79-year-old Jean Sralla Havran of Fayetteville was driving a green 2012 Honda CRV east on Roznov Road. Berger’s report said Havran fell asleep and entered the south ditch. The Honda struck a fence with its front right and then struck a tree with the front center.

Havran suffered non-life threatening injuries. Fayette County EMS transported her to St. Mark’s Hospital in La Grange for treatment.

A passenger, 79-year-old James Havran, was not injured.

Both were wearing their seat belts and multiple airbags deployed according to the report.
