What beautiful Easter weather we had. Wishing safe travels for Susan King and her three year-old granddaughter Daphne. They’re hitting the road toward upstate New York for a family visit. Due to recent strong winds, Ed Sula’s six ft. flat bottom aluminum boat was picked up off his pond, flew approximately 100 ft. over a fence and landed upside down.

Fayetteville Brethren Church

The Fayetteville Brethren Church, located at 1022 Kramr, has worship services on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. On April 10, Easter will be observed with Holy Communion. The services are led by Rev. Mike Groseclose. All are welcome. COVID-19 protocols are being followed. The Unity of the Brethren has several Sunday worship services available online. HOPE Food Truck

The HOPE food truck delivers non-perishable items at St. John’s Catholic Church on the second Friday of every month from 2-3 p.m. The next date will be April 9.
