Fayette County Fair BBQ Cookoff is Back this Year
The Fayette County Fair BBQ Cook-off returns in 2021.
This year the categories are: pinto beans, chicken, pork butt, pork ribs and brisket. The fair has had teams from the fair cookoff that went on to win it all at the Austin fair/rodeo cook-off and Houston livestock show and rodeo cook-off. This year the grand champion of FCBC will get a chance to compete at the Austin Fair/Rodeo cook-off held on March 4-6, 2022.
Even if you don’t want to cook you can come on out to be a judge and taste some great BBQ. We do have limited spots for each category.
