Fayette County 4-H Competes in Texas Rice Festival Livestock Judging Contest
Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Texas Rice Festival Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, Oct. 4.
The Fayette County 4-H Junior Maroon Team was the Champion Junior Livestock Judging Team. Team members consisted of Crockett Guenther, Kaisley Janecka, Tate Fritsch, and Adalyn Carrales. Individually, Crockett was the high point junior, Kaisley was 2nd, Tate was 3rd and Adalyn was 7th.
The Fayette County 4-H Junior Gold Team placed 3rd overall. Team members consisted of Hudson Holub, Rilan Karisch, Hayleigh Pizzitola, and Rowdy Guenther. Individually, Hudson was the 9th high point junior.
Judging as an individual in the junior division was Jehnsen Janecka.
The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team placed was the Champion Senior Livestock Judging Team. Team members consisted of Rheagan Karisch, Tatum Fritsch, Holden Holub, and Laramie Laake. Individually, Rheagan was 4th, Tatum was 8th, and Holden was 9th.
Judging as an individual in the senior division was Julia Melton.
