Fayette County 4-H Compete in Texas Rice Festival Livestock Judging Contest

Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Texas Rice Festival Livestock Judging Contest on last month.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Team was the Reserve Champion Junior Livestock Judging Team. Team members consisted of Hudson Holub, Emma Zweschper, Abigale McBride, and Rowdy Guenther. Individually, Hudson was the 3rd high point junior, Emma was 5th, and Abigale was 9th.

Judging as an individual in the junior division was Chandler Brooks.

The Fayette County 4-H Intermediate Maroon Team was the Champion Junior Livestock Judging Team. Team members consisted of Kaisley Janecka, Abraham McBride, Adalyn Carrales, and Crockett Guenther. Individually, Kaisley was 3rd high point intermediate, Abraham was 6th, and Adalyn was 8th.

The Fayette County 4-H Intermediate Gold Team placed 4th overall. Team members consisted of Tate Fritsch, Rilan Karisch, and Dylan Zweschper.

The Fayette County 4-H Senior Maroon Team placed 6th overall. Team members consisted of Rheagan Karisch, Tatum Fritsch, Laramie Laake, and Holden Holub. Individually, Rheagan was the 9th high point senior.

Judging as an individual in the senior division was Julia Melton and Logan Poncik.
