Fayette County 4-H Compete in State Fair of Texas Livestock Judging Contest

Fayette County 4-H members competed in the State Fair of Texas Livestock Judging Contest on Monday, Oct. 6.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Maroon Team was the Reserve Champion Junior Livestock Judging Team at the State Fair of Texas. Team members consisted of Abraham McBride, Kaisley Janecka, Crockett Guenther, and Adalyn Carrales. Individually, Abraham was the high point junior.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Gold Team placed 7th Overall. Team members consisted of Tate Fritsch, Emma Zweschper, Hudson Holub, and Dylan Zweschper.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Green Team was 44th overall. Team members consisted of Dylan Abigale Mc-Bride, Joe Carrales, Rowdy Guenther, and Chandler Brooks.

The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team was 14th overall. Team members consisted of Tatum Fritsch, Laramie Laake, Holden Holub, and Logan Poncik.

Judging as an individual was Julia Melton.
