The Ellinger Chamber of Commerce will host Bingo on Saturday, Oct. 25 with doors opening at 4 p.m., kitchen at 5 p.m. and games starting at 6 p.m. There will be a costume contest for the following categories: individual, couple/ group and youth. Hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos and desserts will be served along with refreshments.
The chamber will have a drive through chicken noodle soup dinner and bake sale on Sunday, Oct. 26 starting at 10:30 a.m. $10 for a quart or $35 for a gallon of soup, please bring a pot or glass container. Homemade chicken salad sandwiches will also be available.
Shared Lutheran Ministry
Pastor Jen will lead church services in Ellinger on Sunday, Oct. 26.
The confirmation class will meet in Ellinger at St. John on Sunday Oct. 26 at 11:15 a.m.
Pastor Willie Rotter will have a birthday party on Sunday, Nov. 30 from 3-5 p.m. at the Parkview Manor Nursing Home in Weimar. He will be turning 90.
Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.
St. Mary’s Catholic Church
St. Mary’s Catholic Church Mass is every Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m.
Brethren Church
Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturday, days of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services.

Recycle Trailer
The Fayette County recycle trailer will be on the chamber grounds on Wednesday,
Oct. 29 at 1 p.m.
