Driver Misses Turn, Travels Through Yards But Not Injured

La Grange Chief of Police David Gilbreath reports that on Sunday, April 11 at 2 a.m. La Grange Police responded to a one-vehicle accident at Von Minden and Franklin.

Chief Gilbreath reports that a 2015 Chrysler 300 driven by 18-year-old Richard LaKeith Clay, Jr. of La Grange failed to negotiate the left turn from Von Minden onto Franklin, jumped the curb, and traveled through several lawns before colliding with the front steps of a home, and then came to rest in the lawn.

Officer Mitchell Maxwell investigated the accident. No injuries were reported in the accident.
