Downtown Restaurant One Step Closer to Opening

La Grange Brewing, which is opening up their new gastropub in the old Mr. Gatti’s in downtown La Grange had an eventful Tuesday morning Aug. 11. “If you were on West Colorado Street (Tuesday) morning, we want to thank you for your patience. The crane was onsite, placing both the new HVAC unit as well as the upper portion of the fume hood on the roof...putting us one step closer to getting the downtown gastropub open,” they posted online Aug. 11.
