Celebrate Anniversary
James and I celebrated our wedding anniversary by going out with Martin and Nancy Cherry on Sunday afternoon after church. We traveled to San Marcos for lunch at Palmers and then drove on to Wimberly to see Nancy’s mom’s home prior to the finalization of the sale. It was a beautiful home on the edge of the Blanco River. We had a great day sightseeing and just getting to visit with some great friends.
School Starting
It is that time of year for school to begin. That means school buses will be out and about in the area. Please keep an eye out for those kiddos who are waiting on the bus or are getting home off the bus. Stop when the lights are flashing. There also will be new drivers who are headed to school and may not be the best at it yet. Then there are the teachers in the area that will be headed to school. Traffic patterns will be changing and everyone needs to be paying attention and stay safe.
