A Czech Christmas Open House at TCHCC

Christmas spirit and local flavor will be flowing at the Texas Czech Heritage and Cultural Center, 250 W. Fairgrounds Rd. in La Grange, during the Center’s Christmas Open House on Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The community is invited to enjoy holiday shopping, wine, and fellowship while exploring the festive grounds and exhibits.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests can sample wine tastings from local wineries, showcasing regional favorites that pair perfectly with a Christmas outing. The La Grange Area Chamber of Commerce will hold an official ribbon cutting at 11 a.m., highlighting the Center’s ongoing role in preserving and sharing Czech heritage in Fayette County.

Members of the Texas Czech Heritage and Cultural Center will receive a 10 percent discount in the gift shop during the event, making it an ideal time to pick up unique Czech- and Texas-themed gifts. Visitors who sign up for membership that day will receive the same 10 percent discount immediately, offering a quick way to support the Center and enjoy member perks right away.
