COVID Vaccines Available Throughout Fayette Co.
Vaccines are readily available throughout the county. Dedicated healthcare workers and community volunteers continue to provide rapid and convenient options for Fayette County residents.
To date: 13,802 doses have been administered to Fayette County residents. 8,433 residents have received at least one dose, and at least 6,496 residents are fully vaccinated. The majority of vaccines have gone to patients age 65 and over.
Fayette County’s hospitalization and infection rates continue to decline, and local resources are managing very well with the current case load.
Residents are reminded to continue efforts to practice good distancing and hygiene efforts, and to check-on neighbors and loved ones that may need assistance as long as the infection is prevalent in our community.

Local Vaccine Options Flatonia
• Your Hometown Pharmacy (formerly called Main Street Pharmacy) has Moderna vaccines and may be receiving Johnson and Johnson soon. Call 361-865-3554 for more information or to be placed on the waiting list.
Schulenburg
• Schulenburg Apothecary has both Johnson and Johnson and Moderna vaccines and is taking walk-in patients when possible. Call (979) 743-3265 for more information or to be placed on the waiting list.
• Your Hometown Pharmacy is receiving Moderna and Johnson and Johnson. Call 979-743-7100 for information or to be placed on the waiting list.
La Grange
• St. Mark’s Medical Center has Moderna available in large numbers for first or second doses. Register at smmctx.org and click on “Covid Vaccine,” or call (979) 242-2325.
• La Grange Family Health has Moderna vaccines available for their patients. Call (979) 968-8493 for information or to be placed on the waiting list if you are an already established patient.
• Tejas Healthcare has Moderna vaccines available. Go to https://tejashealthcare.org/ or call (979) 968-2000 to register.
• HEB La Grange is getting regular shipments of both Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines. They have a walk-in clinic Monday-Friday from 3-5 p.m. as supplies last.
