Firefighters still on the scene after putting out the car fire Wednesday, which spread to the grass around it.
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department reports that on Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. their office received multiple 911 calls reporting a vehicle and grass fire on State Hwy. 71 westbound near Halstedt Rd.
