Busted Oak Cellars Holds Ribbon Cutting

The Busted Oak Cellars held a ribbon cutting in February. Attending from left to right were: Mark Davis, Celeine Fabre, Mindy Davis, Chamber of Commerce board of directors chair, Patrick and Sherrie Cooke, owners, son Kevin Cooke, Camille Fabre, Chandler Fabre, Cindy Stephens, La Grange Chamber of Commerce board member, and Zack Fabre. Busted Oak Cellars celebrated their first anniversary with a long awaited ribbon cutting. This winery sits on 16 acres and offers a serene environment for all to enjoy. The sunsets are gorgeous, live music is often, and the wine is award winning. Located at 6195 Round Top Road in Carmine, it is just a short 16 miles from La Grange. Owners Patrick and Sherrie Cooke enjoy meeting the many people traveling through, but also enjoy those regulars each week from book clubs and locals that enjoy the winery. They have also created a Wine Club. To learn more, call (281) 795-2588 for all the details about the Wine Club and how to join.
