Bastrop/Fayette County Ag Conference Nov. 14

Bastrop/Fayette County Ag Conference will be held Friday, Nov. 14 at the Fayette County Fairgrounds, 400 Fairgrounds Rd., La Grange, Texas. A total of 5 pesticide applicator CEU credits are available (3 General, 1 Laws & Regulations & 1 IPM).

A pre-registration fee of $40 must be received at the Extension office in Fayette County at 255 Svoboda Lane, Rm 134 in La Grange 78945 or Bastrop County Extension office at 15 American Legion Drive, Bastrop 78602 by Nov. 7. Late registration and at the door will be $50 per person. Acceptable payments are checks made payable to the Fayette Beef Committee, exact cash amount or credit card ($2 service fee will apply).

The conference begins with registration at 8 a.m. Topics of discussion will include New World Screwworm, Laws and Regulations, Pasture Pests, Update on Current Brush & Weed Control Research & Livestock External Parasite Management.
