ArtWalk Returns May 1-2 in Fayetteville

ArtWalk in Fayetteville will return after the pandemic prevented it from being held in 2020. ArtWalk, a fundraiser for Arts for Rural Texas, a 501(c) (3), offers a wonderful weekend of shopping, dining, wine tasting and fun for the kids.

ArtWalk is known for its charm and original artwork. Unlike other shows found in the bustling cities, ArtWalk invites visitors to delight in the beauty and quaint environment of the community of Fayetteville. Held on the historic square, the event will feature 57 artists and artisans. Scattered Light Jewelry, an aesthetic collaboration between Russell Strawn Smith and Barbara Samuelson, will be featured at this year’s event. The two artists are based in Smithville.

Meet both artists at ArtWalk on Saturday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is free to the public and showcases original artwork by 57 artists from around the country.
