Lots of folks got to see the recently-completed Fayetteville Community Center during the Lickskillet Days.

The Fayetteville 4-H Club won first place for youth entries.

The giant skillet on the town square in Fayetteville is always displayed during Lickskillet. At one time Fayetteville was known as Lickskillet supposedly for the fact that latecomers to the numerous community festivals who complained that all the food was gone were told to lick the skillet.
