4-H Members Competed In Bellville

1st Place Junior Team: Coach Kaci Carrales, Crockett Gunether, Addison Berckenhoff, Kaisley Janecka, Paige Carruthers, and Coach JoJo Carrales.

Several Fayette County 4-H members recently competed in the Austin County Livestock Judging contest in Bellville, on Saturday, Oct. 16.

The Junior Team No. 1 placed 1st overall. Team members consisted of Crockett Guenther, Paige Carruthers, Kaisley Janecka, and Addison Berckenhoff. The Junior Team No. 2 placed 6th overall. Team members consisted of Alexis Berckenhoff, Sawyer Mau, Adalyn Carrales, and Tegan Sullivan. The Junior Team No. 3 placed 7th overall. Team members consisted of Luke Behnke, Julia Melton, and Hayleigh Pizzitola. The Junior Team No. 4 placed 13th overall. Team members consisted of Quinn Arnett, Kylee Hoffmann, and Brylee Brugger.

Individually Crockett was high point junior, Alexis was 4th high point junior, and Paige was 8th high point junior.

The Intermediate Team placed 14th overall. Team members consisted of Avery Nelius, Rheagan Karisch, and Wyatt Brunner. Judging as Senior Individuals were Harper Mau and Cooper Mau.

The Livestock Judging Team is coached by JoJo and Kaci Carrales.
