4-H And FFA Commercial Heifer Show & Sale

The Fayette County Fair 4-H and FFA Commercial Heifer Show took place on Aug. 27 and 28 at the Fayette County Fairgrounds. 63 Fayette County 4-H and FFA members participated in the Commercial Heifer Recordbook Contest, Interview, Cattleman’s Quiz, Salesmanship Contest, Show and Sale. The sale brought in over $380,000 and over $12,000 worth of premiums were award to top placing exhibitors in the various contests. The high point awards were given to exhibitors who excelled in all the categories. The high point overall individuals were Kandon Kaspar of the Fayetteville 4-H Club – High Point Junior, Rheagan Karisch of the Pure Country 4-H Club – High Point Intermediate, and Brooke Finke of the Round Top Carmine FFA – High Point Senior.
