Registration Information Announced for Regional Vaccination SubHUB

Registration for the Regional Vaccination SubHUB will begin at 8AM, Monday, January 18, 2021. 
The vaccination drive thru will begin at 6AM and close at 6PM, Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Registration is 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Thursday, while supplies last. The state has allocated 2,000 vaccines for this subHUB. 

How do I Register?

To register, call 1-800-845-8035. Callers will be asked a series of screening questions before being scheduled for a vaccine time slot.Priority will be given to health care workers, seniors (65+), and individuals who are at high risk of contracting the coronavirus or have one or more chronic health conditions. No walk-ins will be accepted. The subHUB is allotted a certain number of vaccines; therefore, registration will end when supply is depleted. 

What do I do after I am given a time slot for a vaccine?

If you have access to the Internet and a printer, you can print and fill out the registration forms prior to arrival at the Expo (Washington County fairgrounds). If you do not have this access, you will complete the forms upon arriving for your appointment. Forms can be found at www.localevent.info

Where are the registration forms?

To view, download, or print the registration forms, visitwww.localevent.info. Scroll to the middle of the page and click the Vaccination Forms button. A page will display listing the Consent Forms and Vaccination Fact Sheet. You may print and complete the forms prior to your appointment. 

What counties are eligible to register?

Any Texas resident that qualifies in the current 1A and 1B tier structure can register. The subHUB is being operated by the following counties: Austin, Burleson, Fayette, Grimes, Waller, and Washington.
