To the Editor: Regarding the article “Fayetteville Residents Fed Up With 18-Wheeler Traffic” that quotes Roger Parker... the article misses the mark.

To the Editor: This quote is from the Bible and comes from John 8:13, however, it has often been used through the years in historical ways to prove a point. Truth in history has always been important to teachers.

To the Editor: As part of the Cuero Chain Crew at last Friday’s game, I feel it is important to bring to your attention the outstanding conduct and sportsmanship of the La Grange football team, trainers and coaching staff. During this entire game, the respect shown to the chain crew, to the members of the Cuero team and their coaches and to the officials was outstanding.
