Others Things are Contagious Too

We at The Fayette County Record have been doing this newspaper thing for a long time. But every once in a while you see something new – and amazing.

About Perry’s Text

To The Editor: Thank you for running the CNN reporting of the text sent to Mark Meadows by Rick Perry’s phone. What I am really interested in however, are thoughts about this issue from local leaders.

Living in America

To The Editor: To Mr. Parker, I’m sorry for the loss of your friend.

Thank Goodness for FPP

To The Editor: Regarding the recent headline article, “Dubious Distinction,” it is widely known that coal power plants emit several times as much CO2 as natural gas power plants. Cowboy Crooner Started Out On Broadway

Woodward Maurice Ritter was born on Jan. 11, 1905 deep in the piney woods of East Texas at a wide spot in the road called Murvaul.
