First Place Flatonia Sweeps Weimar

The Flatonia volleyball team defeated Weimar Tuesday 25-21, 25-21, 25-20 to improve to 4-0 in district and 22-11 overall. Middle School Football Recaps

Recaps The La Grange Middle school football teams went on the road last week to Rockdale. All four teams were in action, and came home with three wins and a tie.

Historic Team Tennis Season Comes to an End for LHS

The La Grange Team Tennis squad played in the school’s first ever playoff match on Monday against District 24 top seed Caldwell. Many La Grange players played their best tennis of the year and all competed remarkably, but in the end the team fell 0-10 to an outstanding Caldwell unit.

Bloomington Extends Flatonia Losing Streak to Five

The Flatonia football team fell to 1-5 overall and 0-2 in district with a 52-21 loss to Bloomington Friday. Flatonia Beck’s Zimmerman threw for 107 yards and two touchdowns to Keegan Green and Kade Giese, and Caysen Perez ran for a touchdown but it was not enough to overcome Bloomington’s powerful rushing attack.
