DCP Midstream Central Texas Asset, which is located in Warda, was recently acquired by Phillips 66 as part of their agreement to acquire the publicly held common units of DCP Midstream LP. This increases Phillips 66’s economic interest in DCP Midstream, LP to 86.8%. Phillips 66 acquired the publicly held common units on June 15 of this year. Gathering and processing raw natural gas to make it marketable is the foundation of what they do.
