Theodore Stanzel, is stepping down from the Stanzel Family Foundation Board of Directors after serving for 33 years. Since joining the Stanzel Family Foundation Board of Directors in 1990, Ted Stanzel has been a pillar of leadership and dedication throughout his tenure.

As of Aug. 18, total intake for the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter is 1120: 529 dogs and 591 cats in need. As of Aug. 18, the shelter has 116 animals in care: 53 dogs/63 cats. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner.
