The Fayetteville baseball team has four games in a row and had a 5-2 overall record. Tuesday they spanked Snook 15-0 and 21-0 in a doubleheader.

Every athlete wants to win for their team, especially if they are in high school and almost to the end of their sports career. Some of our La Grange High School Men’s Powerlifting athletes shared the goal of making regionals, then state, and even planned to shave their heads if they were successful at the regional meet.

Landri and Her Lady Lep Softball Teammates Opened District Play With an 18-2 Win over Manor New Tech Last Week La Grange softball player Landri Hernandez is a multisport athlete who also plays sports such as basketball and track.

Already a must-see runner at track meets around here, La Grange High School track star Austen Diggs is now making a name for himself nationally as well. Diggs competed in the Adidas Indoor Nationals in Virginia Beach this weekend and won national titles in both the 60 meter dash (in a time of 6.92) and in the 200 meter dash (in a time of 21.40.) Both times were personal records for Diggs as he raced against some of the top high school talent in the nation – and beat them.

Senior Danyelle McIntyre wrapped up her LG powerlifting career with a meet total personal record of the season of 815 pounds. This total garnered her 6th place at the recent state championships

The Flatonia baseball team defeated Fayettevile 16-1 at the Flatonia Baseball Tournament on Saturday, March 11. Flatonia led 4-0 until the fourth inning when the Bulldogs scored 12 runs.
