Leps Beat Bellville With Mind-Blowingly Rare Statline

The La Grange boys basketball team had a busy weekend, going to Bellville and beating the Brahmas Friday 55-25 and then going to Navasota Saturday and falling 49- 41.

But it was that Friday win that was really interesting statistically.

La Grange had 10 varsity players suit out for the game, and all scored – each one getting a different point total 10 through 1, with no duplicates.

“What are the odds?” said La Grange head coach (and math teacher) David Cooper.

The scoring totals are shown in the box scores below.

The Leps have a 3-3 overall record now and were set to play at Caldwell Monday and at Cuero Friday.
