Lady Leps CC Advances to Regionals

La Grange High School competed in its district cross country meet last week, and with a third place team finish the Lady Leps are advancing to regionals.

Individual medalists for the Lady Leps were: Eleanor Carey (4th), Faith Greenwood (8th).

Other team members included: Alley Olvera, CeCe King, Hannah Gross, Abril Garcia and Brisa Soto.

The boys Varsity team finished 5th and did not qualify for regionals. The top Lep was Dilan Barron (14th).

Other team members included Saige Walter, Bailee Abbey, Cody Krupala, Antonio Suarez, Grayson Hart and Chris Morales.

Ten of La Grange’s 14 runners had their personal record time for the season at district.

The girls team will be heading to the regional race in Huntsville on Tuesday, October 24, to run at 11:45 am.
