Iannelli to Run for Texas Lutheran University

La Grange multi-sport star Brenna Iannelli has signed a letter of intent join the cross country and track team at Texas Lutheran University in Seguin.

Iannelli had this to say:

“I am happy to say that I will be continuing my running career in both cross county and track close to home at Texas Lutheran University. I want to thank all of my friends, family and coaches who have supported me my past few years and shown me the potential I have to go to the next step.”

She also added that because of social distancing precautions, she had to do the signing at home, but wanted to acknowledge others who helped her to this moment:

“Although some people are not in the photo or were not present at the signing I still would like to share with them this special moment and thank them for everything they have done. This includes head girls track coach, Mrs. Coltrain, for having faith in my running so I could better myself. Along with Coach Pittman and Coach Cauthern who have been there every step of the way. I am grateful for this opportunity and for everyone in my life who has supported me.”
