The wait was worth it for Austen Diggs.Because of bad weather, the finals of the Region III4A track meet in Bullard was postponed two days.But Diggs was just as fast on Monday as he would have been on Saturday, blazing his way to a regional title in the 200 meters in a time of 21.30.
