Cross Country

The Schulenburg Cross Country competed at the Navasota CC Meet last week with the Lady Horns finishing 3rd overall. The Horns finished 10th as a team. The Lady Horns were led by medalists Rudy Rodriguez 5th place and Makena Kopecky 12th.

The CC teams traveled to Corpus Christi A&M last Saturday for the Islander Splash Meet. Both Schulenburg teams were 10th overall.

Ruby Rodriguez was again the top Lady Horn with a 26th place finish in a time of 13:58. Makena Kopecky was 45th. The top Schulenburg boy was Alton Herzik who ran a 22:55.
