Lady Leps Clinch Playoff Berth
The La Grange volleyball went on the road and beat Austin Achieve Tuesday in three sets to officially clinch a playoff berth.
The victory improves La Grange’s overall record to 1822 and their district mark 6-4.
The Lady Leps play their final home match Friday against Giddings at 5 p.m. Individual stats were not available at press time.

Fayetteville
Flattens McDade
The Fayetteville volleyball team swept McDade Monday in three sets and then did the same to Prairie Lea Tuesday. The Lady Lions improved to 17-21 overall and 6-2 in district.
Monday, Cambree Denham had eight kills, and Peyton Jurecka and Kayme Schley each had five.
Emily Keilers and Denham each had four aces. Rylie Dyer and Devynn Moeckel each had three aces. Keilers had 15 digs. Marissa Rohde had 12 digs and Schley had 11. Rohde had 21 assists.
Flatonia Sweeps
Ganado in Three
The Flatonia volleyball team defeated Ganado Tuesday 25-10, 25-17, 25-16.
Flatonia stats included: Aces: Katelin Sullivan with 5, Summer Sodek with 3, and Elzah Herrera with 2; Assists: Summer Sodek with 14, Katelin Sullivan with 9 and Elzah Herrera with 5; Blocks: Emma Kosler with 2; Digs: Elzah Herrera with 8, Summer Sodek with 7, and Emma Kosler with 4.; Kills: Katelin Sullivan with 10, Summer Sodek with 8, and Emma Kosler 5.
See The Schulenburg volleyball team swept Louise Tuesday 25-8, 25-6, 25-6. The Lady Horns improved to 2912 and 8-0 in district with the win. Emmrie Marx had nine kills, Jessalyn Gipson had eight, Meredith Magliolo had five, Reagan Dusek had three and Brooke Redding had two. Keaton Walker had six aces. Magliolo had five blocks. Kieryn Adams had 13 digs, Walker had eight and Madison Kunschick had seven. Landry Zapalac had 22 assists.

Cubettes Win
Round Top-Carmine’s Mallory Krause recorded her amazing seventh triple-double of the season as RT-C beat Burton in four sets Friday in district volleyball action. The Cubettes won 25-16, 21-25, 25-21, 25-21. Then Tuesday the Cubettes beat Prairie Lea 25-5, 25-7, 25-7 to improve to 31-7 overall and 6-0 in district. Stats from Friday’s match: Mallory Krause 18 kills, 19 digs, 25 assists; Tess Eilers 5 kills, 16 digs; Kennedy Flinn 2 kills, 2 digs; Kaysie Ward 12 kills; Jessica Rohde 8 kills, 1 solo block, 2 assist blocks, 3 digs; Jill Eilers 9 kills, 8 digs, 22 assists; Maggie Salinas 31 digs, 4 assists; Kim Rohde 2 kills, 11 digs, 1 assist, 2 aces.
